Management Services

Serve as the primary liaison between the Board, homeowners, residents, and vendors

Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure community standards are upheld

Issue and manage violation notices in accordance with association rules and policies

Solicit, review, and evaluate vendor bids for maintenance, repairs, and services

Supervise on-site personnel, including janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance staff

Prepare and distribute monthly and annual meeting notices

Organize, attend, and support Board and committee meetings

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date owner, unit, and association records

Monitor applicable laws and regulations and assist the Board with compliance

Ensure ongoing adherence to governing documents and regulatory requirements

Solicit and coordinate insurance proposals and renewals

Assist with insurance claims management and documentation

Provide complete office administration, record keeping, and file maintenance

Process architectural review applications and approvals

Manage sales, lease, and tenant approval applications

Prepare and distribute annual meeting packages and official association correspondence

Handle resident inquiries and requests in accordance with Board policies

Provide 24/7 emergency response coordination

Financial Services

Collect all HOA fees, assessments, and other association charges

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

Prepare payment documentation and checks for Board authorization

Reconcile and balance association bank accounts
