 Applications are reviewed to ensure all requirements are met. Once approved, you will be notified by our team.
3. Payments Due

    • One month’s rent as a security deposit
      4.  Lease Agreement
 	The lease agreement is issued electronically for review and signature.
      5. Confirmation & Move-In
	Once the lease is signed and payments are received, your tenancy is confirmed and move-in 			    	arrangements are coordinated.
