- 04Once you’ve viewed a property and decide to proceed, the leasing process is as follows: 1. Submit an Application Complete the online rental application using the link below: Rental Application (https://whiterocktt.managebuilding.com/Resident/rental-application/new/apply) 2. Application Review & Approval Applications are reviewed to ensure all requirements are met. Once approved, you will be notified by our team. 3. Payments Due Upon approval, the following payments are typically required: • First month’s rent • One month’s rent as a security deposit 4. Lease Agreement The lease agreement is issued electronically for review and signature. 5. Confirmation & Move-In Once the lease is signed and payments are received, your tenancy is confirmed and move-in arrangements are coordinated.

- 09Rent and HOA fees must be paid electronically. Accepted payment methods include: • Direct deposit • Bank transfer • Wire transfer Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances. All rent and applicable HOA fees are due on the 1st of each month. To ensure payments are properly tracked and allocated, proof of payment or transaction details must be submitted as instructed during onboarding or sent to our office after payment is made. Payment instructions and submission guidelines are provided at move-in. If you have any questions regarding payment confirmation or tracking, please contact our office.

- 16WhiteRock Property Management collects rent and applicable fees electronically from tenants in accordance with the lease terms. Once funds are received and properly reconciled, owner disbursements are processed via electronic transfer to the bank account on file. Disbursements are issued on a scheduled basis and are accompanied by a detailed monthly statement outlining income, expenses, and any deductions. Owners are provided with secure portal access to view financial reports, payment activity, and supporting documentation. This structured process ensures transparency, accurate accounting, and timely payouts without requiring owner involvement in day-to-day collections.
